Zero waste has become a noteworthy trend in recent years. At its core is a more mindful way of meeting everyday needs: buying only what is necessary, reusing what we already have, and then recycling or composting what remains.

You have likely heard about the “plastic islands” floating in our oceans. One of them is said to be as large as Germany, France, and Portugal combined. The impact of microplastics on marine life is also widely known. That’s why we produce only on demand—based on real, specific orders.

We have put together our own selection of ZERO WASTE–friendly materials.

COTTON

This material offers endless possibilities—from choosing the fabric weight to the shape, size, closures, handle length, and, finally, print or color options. We sew reusable fabric pouches that can fully replace the thin plastic produce bags commonly found in stores. For this purpose, lightweight cotton with a drawstring closure (on one or both sides) is an excellent choice. Customers also appreciate high-quality cotton tote bags that can comfortably carry an entire grocery shop.

Be original! The classic 38×42 cm tote made from 140 gsm cotton is already outdated.

A cotton gym bag or a backpack? A great solution. Athletes value breathable cotton, and shoes in a cotton pouch make perfect sense too.

Love mesh bags? Yes. Prefer a long strap for the shoulder or a shorter one for the hand? Your bag can have both. And that’s far from everything—our cotton comes with Fairtrade and GOTS certifications.

RECYCLED materials

Did you know that many plastic-based materials—such as polyester, polypropylene, or non-woven fabric—can be made from recycled plastic? Your bag can be produced from recycled PET bottles or from plastic waste collected from beaches or recovered from the sea. Even standard plastic carrier bags or e-commerce mailers can be made using recycled material.

Washable paper

Yes—paper you can wash without ruining it.

It is cellulose impregnated with latex. Made from natural materials, it becomes strong and flexible thanks to the impregnation, while still keeping a paper-like texture and look. Washable paper first appeared as denim labels, replacing more expensive leather patches. That is why it is sometimes called “faux leather” or “vegan leather.”

Bags and backpacks made from washable paper are a distinctive fashion accessory that can last for years. They are an ideal fit for brands that take sustainability and recycling seriously.

Paper that works with fashion trends

Washable paper offers countless possibilities. It can be used to sew a tote, clutch, handbag, backpack, wallet, cosmetic bag—and almost anything you can imagine. The material is highly effective and eco-friendly. It also combines easily with other elements such as cotton, felt, or leather.

Packaging made from bamboo, recycled paper, or sugarcane

From 1 January 2021, single-use plastic food containers were banned, and after 1 July they should no longer be available. A strong alternative is packaging made from natural materials.

Bowls, plates, cups, and meal boxes work well for both cold and hot food. They stand out with an unusual look and eco-friendly production. We can produce them custom-made, with printing and cutlery included.

For printing, we use only environmentally approved inks. Another option is an embossed logo.

Natural-material packaging brings many benefits and is compostable. Our packaging comes with all required certifications, and unique branding is a given.

Not only food—electronics also deserve an eco-friendly look!

We can add an elastic band, string, or ribbon, and you can choose the material, color, and width. Recycled paper packaging is a great fit for your product.

PLA material

Our PLA bags and packaging are 100% compostable and made from plant-based raw materials.

The base material for PLA is plant biomass (corn, grains, potatoes, sugar beet, and more). As a result, it is not dependent on petroleum or petroleum-based additives. It is made from plant starch and differs from conventional plastics because it can biodegrade, be composted, and turn into high-quality biomass or humus—without creating a long-term environmental burden. PLA production is also around 65% less energy-intensive than the production of plastic packaging and helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

PLA can be used to make larger handle bags, various pouches (including zip closures), and e-commerce mailers.

We use only environmentally acceptable inks for printing, so even printed bags remain fully biodegradable.
