We will start with your idea of the size and shape of the packaging and, based on its purpose, solve all the necessary details. The high-quality material protects the contents of the packaging against shocks and, thanks to its thermal insulation properties, also against temperature fluctuations.

Materials

Genuine neoprene is made of chloroprene rubber. It has excellent thermal insulation and insulation properties, which are formed by a foam structure (air bubbles inside the material). On the inside, the neoprene is provided with a layer of lycra or terry cloth. Neoprene is soft and supple to the touch, it does not fray, so the material can be sewn in an effective way. It gives a "puffy" and very soft impression. It has a relatively high weight. It is suitable for the production of thermal packaging for bottles, electronics, wine, products are protected from shocks and thermal fluctuations. It belongs to the luxury materials.

Neoprene

Polyester

Polyester fiber is characterized by durability, non-absorbent - dries quickly, small volume, stability in both shape and color. The material is very light and has high strength. We recommend sublimation printing.

Woven / Nonwoven

The non-woven fabric or just non woven is made of filament polypropylene fibers laid on top of each other and thickened most often by mechanical means. It is possible to use both "new" raw materials and recycled plastics. Such a material is not very strong, so for its reinforcement the stated below methods are used: coating with adhesives or impregnations, joining (gluing) two layers on top of each other, melting the surface of layers made of thermoplastic fibers (the airtightness of the fabric is achieved), creping and other methods. The material can be stapled or welded.
The material is pleasant but somewhat stiffer, the surface of the material is structured. Therefore, simple graphic prints are suitable, due to the uneven surface. The material should be provided with a top plastic lamination, which enables the printing of images, photographs and demanding graphics. We do not recommend washing the bag, only wiping it with a damp cloth.

Cotton

The cotton we use is always prewashed to get rid of starch and precipitate. Thanks to this, it is softer to the touch, does not smell and retains its shape for a long time even after repeated washing. It dries quickly and does not smudge. You can choose from various weights, which we will be happy to advise. This variant is an ideal choice if you are looking for ecological material at a reasonable price.

Artificial leather

Artificial leather, or eco-leather, vinytol and other similar names, is a gentle option for those who do not like natural leather. There are countless colors, surfaces and artificial leather treatments. The basis is a textile warp, on which a layer of plastic is applied. The thermal insulation properties can be improved by the added inner felt layer. Artificial leather is easy to maintain, is color-stable and affordable. Over time, the material may begin to peel. At very low temperatures, the material may break.

Washable paper

Washable paper is made of plant fibers. Thanks to its properties, it is strong, pliable, does not tear, but at the same time retains the structure and appearance of the paper. It first appeared as a denim label, which was a replacement for expensive leather patches. This is why it is sometimes called "fake leather". This material is biodegradable and recyclable. Envelopes, handbags, packaging, cosmetic bags, as well as advertising packaging with an emphasis on environmental protection are very impressive.
