Square bottom paper bags

We make square bottom paper bags, flat bottom paper bags and stand up paper bags with window from brown or white kraft paper. The most used thickness for paper bags with a square bottom is 90gsm. If you are looking for the cheapest possible alternative, we can use 40gsm kraft paper.

Details make quality

If you choose 90gsm brown or white kraft paper, you will definitely not go wrong. This material looks very natural and the bag does not look cheap.

The square bottom paper bags, flat bottom paper bags and stand up paper bags can also be equipped with a typical window (measuring 35 x 50 mm or 63 x 63 mm). We are able to make the window according to your wishes (both size and shape), but it is necessary to make a new die-cut mold.

We can make a transparent window from:
1) Transparent PLA – 100% compostable material
2) Transparent BOPP – 100% recyclyable plastic

In addition, it is possible to provide paper bags with whole inner PLA full-surface lamination or an inner plastic BOPP full-surface lamination.

Materials

Most often, we use brown or white kraft paper for production. The thickness of 90gsm is very popular - the paper has a nice smooth natural texture and the bag / pouch has a luxurious natural feel.

Other popular weights are 70gsm and 40gsm suitable for single use.

PLA inner lamination

To increase the resistance against seepage, we can cover the entire inner layer with a 100% compostable transparent PLA layer. The lamination is thus carried out over the entire surface, and the bag can also have a transparent window.

The entire packaging can be composted.
