Case study: Thermona – bags

Context
Thermona was preparing for an important trade fair and needed representative bags for a set of promotional materials. The company was looking for an environmentally friendly solution but did not want to rely on standard catalog products. It had a clear preference for recycled polypropylene (R-PET PP woven material). For the required quantity, however, this option proved relatively expensive and exceeded the planned budget.
Project
Thermona is a Czech manufacturer of gas boilers and heating technology. At trade fairs, the company presents not only new products but also its overall approach to quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Brief
The client initially requested a woven bag made from recycled R-PET material. Our task was to propose an alternative that would make sense in terms of cost, availability, and lead time, while still remaining representative and suitable for a trade fair environment.
Execution
We recommended a heat-sealed non-woven bag without lamination, featuring direct printing. This solution was significantly more cost-effective, suitable for smaller quantities, and visually clean.
After consultation, the client decided to change the material. They appreciated our ability to clearly explain the differences, propose a more appropriate solution, and meet a tight deadline.
We produced simple, functional non-woven bags with direct print. The project was completed on time, and the result met both the intended purpose and the client’s expectations.
The entire order was delivered within 14 days. Despite the time pressure, the process ran smoothly from approval to shipment.
Client Reference
I appreciate the open communication and the willingness to explain every detail, especially the guidance in finding the most suitable solution. The highlight of the entire order of corporate non-woven bags was the above-expected quality of workmanship, print quality, and delivery speed. Thank you for the excellent cooperation. Michal Řezanina, THERMONA spol. s r.o.
