Materials
Polyester fiber, which can also be made from recycled PET bottles, is characterized by durability, non-absorbency - dries quickly, small volume, stability in both shape and color. The material is very light and has high strength. We recommend it for the production of folding shopping bags, sports backpacks and bags or as an upper material for the production of cosmetic bags and insulating thermal bags.
PVC - polyvinyl chloride. Fancy and clear material. Softened is used for the production of pockets, bags and packaging. Effective and fashionable variations can be achieved with various surface treatments. Its production is associated with environmental risks, but still remains popular. The material can be welded, stapled or glued.
We use natural leather mainly for decorative elements, such as logos, zipper pulls, loops, ears and others. Of course, the entire packaging can be made of natural leather.
Artificial leather, or eco-leather, vinytol and other similar names, is a gentle option for those who do not like natural leather. There are countless colors, surfaces and artificial leather treatments. The basis is a textile warp, on which a layer of plastic is applied. The thermal insulation properties can be improved by the added inner felt layer. Artificial leather is easy to maintain, it is color-stable and affordable. Over time, the material may begin to peel. At very low temperatures, the material may break.

Genuine neoprene is made of chloroprene rubber. It has excellent thermal insulation and insulation properties, which are formed by a foam structure (air bubbles inside the material). On the inside, the neoprene is provided with a layer of lycra or terry cloth. Neoprene is soft and supple to the touch, it does not fray, so the material can be sewn in an effective way. It gives a "puffy" and very soft impression. It has a relatively high weight. It is suitable for the production of thermal packaging for bottles, electronics, wine, products are protected from shocks and thermal fluctuations. It belongs to the luxury materials.
The felt is made of polypropylene fibers by felting and pressing. It is especially suitable for the production of bags, packaging, cosmetic cases and advertising packaging. Due to the uneven surface, we recommend simple and one-color prints or embroidered or embossed logos.
A thin layer of natural cork is flexible, pleasant to the touch, and has a velvety surface. It can be used to produce a wide range of packaging, bags, cosmetic pouches, cases, and more. It can be printed in full color or decorated using hot foil stamping.
